| Details: We are a new point for a multi-point dealership, family owned, with a stable clientele. We offer progressive management and state-of-the-art benefits. We are searching for an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager for our busy Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have RV, automotive or marine dealership F&I management experience. If you have a proven record of exceeding sales goals we want to talk to you. Annual earnings should average $60,000 to $80,000, and better when the economy improves. Daily Duties·Sell financing and credit life, accident and health insurance to customers, achieving performance standards set by the General Sales Manager.·Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with several finance sources, continually seeking new sources to keep the dealership the number one source of financing for all prospects.·Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals in a timely manner.·Rework all deals that are not originally approved.·Maintain insurance files.·Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. using a comprehensive checklist, ensuring that no customer leaves the dealership with incomplete paperwork.·Communicate with the title clerk on any missing paperwork via email, copying the salesperson on all correspondence.·Respond to all rate quotations.·Ensure that all customers’ obligations to the finance sources are met. ·Work with accounting in a timely, constructive manner on all receivables issues related to deals.Monthly Duties:·Set up finance forecasting in conjunction with sales department forecasting to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income. ·Prepare monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and share with the General Sales Manager. Annually:·Acquire licenses for selling insurance.·As part of the annual performance review, suggest and agree upon a detailed, personal development and training plan for the upcoming year. As Necessary:· Attend managers' meetings, actively participating, bringing new ideas, evaluating current performance and continually seeking to improve the dealership’s overall sales performance. ·Set up and maintain an adequate program which will ensure a one hundred percent turnover ratio to the F&I department. ·With approval of the General Sales Manager, provide incentives for salespeople to sell finance and insurance in accordance with dealership policies.·Instruct salespersons in effective methods of selling financing.·Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.·Seek insurance companies for insurance paper.·Cover the sales desk in the absence of the sales manager. | ||||
